Chicken Crisp

- 3 or 4 Boneless Chicken Breast Pieces (thin)
- Milk (lactose free or regular)
- Rice Chex
- Goldfish Crackers (optional)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oregano
- Rice

Preheat oven to 350. Put 2 cups rice chex and 1 cup goldfish crackers in a ziploc bag (if you can not eat goldfish crackers, you can use 3 cups rice chex), add Salt, Pepper and Oregano to taste. Close bag, crush and shake mixture. Dump this mixture on to a plate. Coat Chicken in Milk, then in cereal mixture. Place on cookie sheet or baking pan and cook 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve over rice. Enjoy!
